Fiordland! We promise we didn’t misspell it! Fiordland, a very juicy and tropical Hazy DIPA, takes its name from the far southern New Zealand land of deep fjords and high cliffs. With reckless abandon, we load this juicy one up with with the New Zealand hops Motueka, Wai-Iti, & Waimea, tossing in a heaping helping of Citra for good measure for extra fruitiness. Big citrus and sweet fruit notes balanced by a soft and medium body make for quite a silly and tasty DIPA.
